Shipping policy
In-Store Pickup:
Orders scheduled for In-Store Pick Up will receive a fulfillment email once fulfilled.
*Valid photo ID must be presented to pick up merchandise.*
Please note - all items purchased have a 30 day hold period, from the time of email sent, unless otherwise communicated. In-store pickup orders left after the holding period will be donated. Abandoned in-store pickup orders are not eligible for any whole or partial refund.
Shipping:
All orders to be shipped will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 days. Once your shipping label is printed please refer to your tracking number received for any updates on delivery. If there are any issues please contact the shipping service provider with any questions regarding your package, as it is out of our hands once collected. We do not offer shipping refunds.
* Please note: ALL orders above $100 require signature confirmation at delivery*
Some orders that cannot fit into a single shoe box will have higher shipping costs than Shopify can calculate. If this is the case, the customer will be responsible for the additional costs or may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If an order is returned to us by the shipping service provider for any reason - the customer will be responsible for additional postage fees if they would like the package to be sent again.

If we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! This ONLY includes the incorrect or damaged item/s being shipped. In this case, we will refund your original shipping charge. Please contact info@ficegallery.com with your order number, the item number of the merchandise that you received, as well as the item you were expecting. We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.
