What is the return policy?
We accept returns on select items within 10 days of the original purchase in store, or 10 days since delivery for online orders. All items must be in unused, resalable condition with original tags and packaging. You can read our full return policy here.
Are any purchases final sale?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any discounted items, items purchased via raffle, dunks or jordan footwear or release day items. You can read our full return policy here.
When will I get my order?
We process all online orders within 5 business days. Your order will be automatically updated with tracking information once it has been processed. You can read our full shipping policy here.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Does Fice buy shoes or apparel?
We do not buy shoes or apparel for consignment. All products in our store are sold for retail pricing and purchased directly from each brand.
When is the next art show?
We typically host art shows on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month. Follow us on Instagram for all announcements regarding art shows and events.
